This policy is issued by PrintBridge Ltd, a company registered at Acton, London, UK ("PrintBridge", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

• Account details you give us: name, email address, and organisation details at sign-up.
• Etsy shop data, once you connect a shop: your shop ID and name, listing details, and order/shipping information for orders you fulfil through us (buyer name and delivery address, not full payment details — Etsy handles buyer payment).
• Files you upload for printing (e.g. STL/3MF) and the quotes generated from them.
• Payment details for your fulfilment costs — you pay via Stripe Checkout (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay); Stripe collects and stores this data, we do not store your card number ourselves.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) generated by using the site.

• To print, quality-check, pack and ship your orders.
• To generate accurate quotes from your uploaded files.
• To charge your saved payment method for fulfilment costs you've approved.
• To sync order status and tracking back to your connected Etsy shop.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We share data only with the service providers we use to run PrintBridge, including:

• Railway (EU West / Amsterdam) — hosting and our database.
• UploadThing — storage for the files you upload for printing.
• Stripe — payment processing via Stripe Checkout, including card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Etsy — to sync listings, orders and tracking with your connected shop.
• Royal Mail, Evri and other carriers — to create shipping labels and deliver orders.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. Uploaded production files are kept for as long as needed to fulfil related orders and support reprints.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@printbridge3d.co.uk. If you're in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
