These terms govern your use of PrintBridge, a UK-based 3D-print production and fulfilment service operated by PrintBridge Ltd ("PrintBridge", "we", "us"). We are not a marketplace where the public browses and buys files someone else uploaded — every order we produce is initiated by an account holder, either through a connected Etsy shop or a direct file upload. These terms apply to anyone who creates an account ("you"). By creating an account you agree to them.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to, any file you upload for printing, and that printing it doesn't infringe someone else's intellectual property or break the law. We may decline to print a file for any reasonable reason, including suspected infringement, unsafe designs, or content we consider inappropriate.
Quotes are generated automatically from your file, chosen material, quality and quantity, and are estimates until a human production review confirms the file is printable as submitted. Prices may change if the file, material, or quantity changes.
For Etsy-connected orders, your buyer pays Etsy directly — we don't take payment from your customer. Once you've approved a listing's production cost, we charge your saved payment method for production and shipping together, at the point a shipment is created for that order. For direct file-upload orders (no connected store), payment is taken at checkout before production begins.
We quality-check parts before packing, but 3D printing has inherent process variation — we don't guarantee a mathematically perfect reproduction of every file. If a part arrives defective or materially different from what was quoted, contact us and we'll put it right (see our Refund Policy).
Orders are shipped using carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri, at the service level you or your buyer selects. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by us — once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
You can cancel an order before production starts. Once printing has begun, the materials and machine time are already committed, so we may not be able to offer a full refund — contact us and we'll do what we reasonably can.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
